摘要
Five strains of fungi decomposing cellulose were isolated from soil,distiller's grains and cattle feces taking the natural cellulose as carbon resource.For these strains,the experiments of decomposition of filter paper,determinations of CMC enzyme activity,FPA and natural cellulase activity were done.The results showed that:(1)It was the faster that the filter paper was decomposed by F-25 strain,and the filter paper was changed into paste during less than for 12 h.(2)CMC enzyme activity,FPA and natural cellulase activity of F25 strain were highest in five strains,reached 2.884(mg/mL)·30 min,0.36(mg/mL)·h and 2768(mg/mL)·d,respectively.
