The new progress of Imiquimod-induced psoriasis mechanism

The clinical reported Imiquimod induced human psoriasis.The experiment found that Imiquimod-induced psoriasis-like skin inflammation in mice,and different mechanisms were involved in this process.Imiquimod-induced psoriasis-like skin in ammation in mice is mediated via several mechanisms which are summarized and discussed in this review,in order to help to explore the complex pathogenesis of psoriasis and provide new ideas to treat psoriasis.
