Preparation of chloroplatinic acid catalyst system and process condition for synthesis of organosilicon foam stabilizers via hydrosilation of allyl polyether and polyhydrosiloxanes were studied.The experimental results showed that the reaction temperature was preferably 110±5 ℃.H_2PtCl_6-C_3H_7OH and H_2PtCl_6-(CH_2=CHSiMe_2O)_2 catalysts were prepared and their catalytic activity for the hydrosilation were compared.Platinum loadings was reduced(10 μg-Pt·g~(1)) after using the complex-type Karstedt catalyst,with improved quality index for the Si-C foam stabilizers.
