Objective To investigate the clinical effects of evidence-based medicine(EBM) for the rehabilitation of dysphagia after stroke. Methods One hundred patients of dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups(n=50):research group were under EBM treatment and normal control group under regular treatment.Complication incidences of aspiration pneumonia,mis-aspiration,malnutrition,dehydration and recovery of dysphagia of the two groups were compared. Results The research group's complication incidences of aspiration pneumonia,mis-aspiration,malnutrition,dehydration were lower than the normal control group; The recovery extent of the research group had an advantage over normal control group(P0.05).Conclusion EBM on dysphagia after stroke can reduce the complication incidences of aspiration pneumonia,mis-aspiration,malnutrition,dehydration and improve dysphagia, and is conducive to recovery, comfort and quality of life for patients.
