Improve on the model of reduced-size liver transplantation in the rat

Building the model of little animal liver transplantation is the basis of experimental research.Usually the model of rat liver transplantation using liver itself is used,for example,classical Kamada model 'double bushing method' etc.In order to study deeply liver rebirth after rat liver transplantation,we built stable model of rat reduced-size liver transplantation by consulting Omura's method and using improved'double bushing method'.
