Clinical study of dynamic hip screw on intertrochanteric fractures

Objective It is to investigate the effect of dynamic hip screw(DHS) on intertrochanteric fractures.Methods Between June 2002 and June 2005,38 patients intertrochanteric fractures were treated with DHS and early postoperative rehabilitation.Results 30 cases had been followed-up for 3 to 24 months.According to Harris granding system,26 cases were excellent and four cases were good.Conclusion DHS are better way to treat intertrochanteric fractures,and permits early functional exercise.
