Glykoproteine im Fokus: Die metabolische Markierung von Glycanen mit Azidozuckern (siehe Bild) in Kombination mit bildgebender Zweiphotonenfluoreszenzlebensdauermikroskopie ermöglichte die Visualisierung von spezifischen Glykoformen endogener Proteine.
