摘要
Abstract The effect of short‐range order on the electrical resistivity in multicomponent solid solutions is studied by applying the model of Rossiter and Wells in which a spherical Fermi surface and s‐s scattering mechanism are assumed. For the description of the state of short‐range order in multicomponent systems a set of generalized Warren‐Cowley parameters α i XY are defined, based on the same assumptions that were used in the earlier treatments of binary alloys, a linear combination between the short‐range order induced resistivity and α i XY is obtained. The possibility of the experimental verification of the derived relationship is further discussed.
