Patient-Centred Perspectives – Empowerment, Engagement, and the Future of Cardiovascular Prevention in Psoriasis

This Patient Perspective highlights the lived experiences of individuals with psoriasis regarding cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk and prevention. Drawing on national survey responses and user feedback from the TEXTME PSO trial, it reveals low awareness of the psoriasis–CVD link but high receptiveness to education, screening, and digital support. The findings underscore the need for holistic, patient-centred care that integrates cardiovascular prevention into routine dermatology practice.
