Effects of Culture Material of Banana Stem and Leaves on Mycelial Growth and Production of Pleurotus ostreatus

Using different ratio of banana stems and leaves in medium,the formula of mother culture medium and cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied.The results showed that the mycelium growth were best in formula 4 or 3 of mother culture medium.The formula A was more suitable to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus.
