摘要
It is studied on the optimal technology of extracting 1-deoxynojirimycin(DNJ)and polysaccharides from mulberry leaves by water method.Pass the single factor experiment to get the factors that show the important influence and by orthogonal design to the factors to optimize the extracting and separating process.The experiment shows that the optimum result of the extracting conditions were 1:30 the solid to liquid,smash state 60 mesh,temperature 70 ℃ and 3 h extracting and process for DNJ;and were 1:40 the solid to liquid,smash state 60 mesh,temperature 80 ℃ and 2.5 h s extracting process for polysaccharides from mulberry leaves.Conclusion:The optimized process is stable and highly efficient with the water to extract.This method is advantageous for its high speed and extraction rate.It is suitable for the industrialization.
