On construction contract management of construction project

The following paper illustrates the characteristics of construction contract,discusses the improvement of contract management institution and the check of signing contract,studies various contents included in integrated contract management system,and makes some suggestions for implementing contract explanation system,in order to bring construction contract into full play.
