Preparation of microsphere containing RGD with polylactic acid

Purpose To study the preparation and characteristic of RGD polylactic acid microsphere.Methods The solution-evaporation methods were used to prepare RGD-PLA microsphere,considering the envelopment rate as inspection tatget and optimizing by orthogonal design.We studied the characteristic of RGD-PLA microsphere.Results The prepared microspheres were nice and uniform,the particle diameterwas between 10-32 μm,and the best envelopment rate was 75.54%.Conclusion The RGD-PLA microsphere had a high envelopment rate and stability,and had certain slow-release effect.
