Objective:To explore the clinical value of the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecologic diseases of puberal maidens.Methods:136 puberal maiden patients were detected for gynecologic diseases by transabdominal ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound,then results were compared to clinical and pathological results.Results:The coincidence rate of transabdominal ultrasound was 76.47%,while the coincidence rate of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound was 98.52%.The coincidence rate of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound.Conclusion:For puberal maidens,transabdominal ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy significantly.
