[Acquired postcontusion keratoconus].

Anterior keratoconus is rarely complicated by acute ectasia. Acute hydrops may occur suddenly when Descemet's membrane ruptures, spontaneously or after a trauma in a formely thinned cornea. The case of acute ectasia we describe is surprising; it occurs after a trauma in a normal eye or eventually affected by a minor form of anterior keratoconus.
