摘要
The all-inorganic lead halide perovskite nanomaterials have garnered significant attention due to their exceptional optoelectronic properties, establishing them as one of the most promising materials in the field of photonics. However, there is still a lack of comprehensive comparative research, particularly in the realm of optical characteristics, such as photoluminescence (PL), among various dimensions of all-inorganic lead halide perovskite nanomaterials. In this work, we have successfully fabricated CsPbBr3 nanorods (NRs), CsPbBr3 nanosheets (NSs), and CsPbBr3 nanoplates (NPLs) through colloid synthesis and hydrothermal methods, resulting in uniform morphologies and excellent crystallinity. A comprehensive exploration of their optical properties has been undertaken. As the perovskite CsPbBr3 nanomaterial transitions from one-dimensional NRs to NSs, culminating in the production of larger NPLs, a conspicuous redshift in its emission spectrum (485–530 nm) emerges. This observation signifies marked disparities in the optical characteristics of CsPbBr3 nanomaterials across varying dimensions. The findings suggest that during the transition from NRs to NPLs, the defects in NPLs significantly diminish, eliminating a portion of non-radiative recombination pathways. This underscores the greater potential value of larger-sized materials in optoelectronic devices.
