摘要
In this paper 2‐stack RGB top emitting devices with micro‐cavity were realized and achieved high devices performance. The devices were based on similar structure, with a strategy of adopting varieties of HTL thickness before the first EML unit. The calculated mixed white light at D65 (0.31,0.33) came up with the current efficiency of 26.4 cd/A @10 mA/cm 2 , and the DCI‐P3 1976 color gamut of 99.7%. Further on utilizing the substrates with varieties of ITO thickness, the RGB devices can be realized with the same evaporation layers, which promotes this strategy to realize real RGB display.
