摘要
As China's population ages, the challenges this demographic shift presents are becoming increasingly clear. The re-employment of older adults, however, offers new opportunities for economic development and social welfare. This study examines the policies, impacts, and willingness surrounding elderly re-employment in China through surveys and case studies. The findings reveal that re-employment among the elderly has positively influenced the silver economy. There is a notable preference for safeguarding the rights of re-employment through enhanced health support and legal protections, indicating a significant disparity between subjective and objective attitudes toward elderly re-employment. The research provides theoretical support for invigorating the silver economy and improving the labor market structure in China.
