At present, in the process of improving the level of rural construction and improving the quality of rural living environment, the efficiency of manual collection of hydrological information in mountainous rural areas is low, and traditional hydrological monitoring equipment has excessive redundancy, low installation efficiency, and high costs, this series of problems has become the biggest obstacle to the development of rural infrastructure construction in mountainous areas. Therefore, an integrated water quality and water level data acquisition terminal suitable for mountainous rural areas is developed to reduce the manual inspection density by man-machine combination, based on traditional hydrological monitoring equipment, we adopt an adaptive frequency conversion acquisition algorithm to optimize data redundancy, a floating installation structure to solve the problem of low installation efficiency, and the research and development concept of domestic universal hydrological monitoring equipment to address the issue of high costs, and it has comprehensively solved the real problems faced in the process of monitoring the hydrological environment of rural reservoirs in mountainous areas and promoted the construction of livable and beautiful villages. The results show that compared to traditional hydrological monitoring methods in mountainous areas, the inspection efficiency has increased by about 64%, the installation efficiency has increased by about 93.7%, and the data redundancy has been reduced by about 78.89%.
