摘要
Abstract A novel and unique activation method for esters possessing a non‐activated cyclopropyl moiety as a potential activating group is developed for acyl fluoride generation using a hypervalent iodine(III) reagent and Selectfluor. The resulting acyl fluoride, which is a versatile synthetic intermediate, was smoothly transformed into the various carbonyl compounds, in particular, amides. This protocol can be applied to the chemoselective activation of diester compounds.
