摘要
This study tries to investigate the energy conversion efficiency performance for the Perovskite solar cell with various thickness layers. The SCAPS-1D software has been implemented to simulate the PV cell. Various index parameters like fill factor, Voc, current density have been analyzed in this paper for the various thickness level of the P- layer (Perovskite-layer) in the solar cell. The quantum efficiency curves have been presented to show the prominent influence of the thickness of layer. The transporting layer thickness of hole has been taken same as the layer thickness of transporting layer of electron. Finally, a good number of observations of solar cell efficiency have been recorded for various thickness of the P - layer. The maximum PV cell efficiency obtained from this study is 27.44%.
