Fabrication of two Se/CsPbBr3 heterojunctions structures for self-powered UV–visible photodetectors

High performance self-powered UV-visible broadband photodetectors based on single Se wire and CsPbBr 3 particles with different constructions (Se/CsPbBr 3 /1 and Se/CsPbBr 3 /2) were easily fabricated and there existed similarity and differences between them.
