Applications of Electronic Nose and Electronic Tongue in Quality Evaluation of Beverages

With the development of sensor technology,electronic nose and electronic tongue have been widely used in food quality evaluation due to their unique superiority.The structures of electronic nose and electronic tongue were elaborated.Their applications in species identification,quality control,quantitative analysis and sensory evaluation,etc,were presented as well.Furthermore,the problems need to be solved during the evolution process were put forward.
