Phenomenon and Coping Strategies of School Abusive Supervision

Abusive supervision exists in all sorts of organizations,Such as the abusive supervision in school organization,especially the abusive supervision between school leaders and teachers,which has been influenced by many factors,and will bring a great deal of adverse effects on teachers' work and life.In this paper,the authors talk about the importance of discussing the abusive supervision in school organization,influencing factors and consequence of abusive supervision,and then put forward the strategies against abusive supervision,so as to explore an effective way to reduce and deal with abusive supervision from the leaders.
