The analyze of HBsAg in University HBV carriers' saliva and urine

Objective To analyze HBsAg markers in blood,urine and saliva.Methods 40 urine samples and 40 saliva samples were obtained from University HBV carriers who were dignosed to carry the HBsAg makers.Colloidal gold technique and ELISA were used to detect HBsAg markers in urine and saliva.Result Tested by colloidal gold technique HBsAg was found to be positive in 11 saliva samples and HBsAg was positive in 12 urine samples tested by ELISA.HBsAg was positive in 34 urine samples.Compared to the results of the 40 blood samples of HBsAg detection,there was significant identity by using X2 analysis P0.01.Conclusion The HBsAg makers in saliva can be used in clinical.
