Application of membrane separation technology in the clarification of vinegar

Membrane separation is a technology with the advantages of easy operation,high efficiency,low energy consumption and so on.It has become a new separation technology without any phase transitions or chemical changes during separation process and is applicable for the separation of various materials.The research progress on membrane selection,optimization of filtration conditions,prevention of membrane fouling and membrane cleaning technology in vinegar production were summarized.The key problems limiting the application of membrane separation technology in industrial production of vinegar were discussed,as well as its application in future.
