The Discussion for Determination of Sulfydryl in Sulfhydryl Cotton

the effect and conditions for detecting sulfydryl in sulfhydryl paper and sulfhydryl cotton in content by iodometry was studied.For solid sulfhydryl material,preparation of the sample solution of thioglycolate by alkali hydrolyzation was suggested.Back titration was better than direct titration in detection of the sulfydryl in content by iodometry.
