Clinical research of relativity diagnosis index in prostate cancer

Objective To investigate a highly sensitive and specific blood marker,it can earlier eamine and diagnose a patient with prostate cancer.Methods 200 case were divided into three groups.The first group,100 case were diagnosed into prostate cancer.The second group,50 case were diagnosed into prostate hyperplasia or hypertrophy.And the third group,50 case were negative comparison.Respectively took its blood into be measured the TPSA and ACP levels,studying its positive rate,sensitivity and specificity.Results TPSA positive rate was 97%,sensitivity was 100%,specificity was 97%;ACP positive rate was 12%,sensitiveity was 10%,specificity was 12%.Conclusion TPSA positive result can diagnose into prostate cancer,prostate hyperplasia or hypertrophy.TPSA negative result can exclude prostate cancer.Therefore,TPSA is the highly sensitive and specific blood marker as prostate arises cancer.It can early diagnose prostate cancer,prostate hyperplasia or hypertrophy.
