The Research of Teachers' Evaluatio Based on K-means Algorithm

The K-means algorithm is a clustering method based on the similarity between samples. In this arti-cle, K-means algorithm was applied to study the assessment of teachers, the clustering of the comprehensive fea-tures and the individual features are respectively, not only the clustering results are given, but also the results of thecomprehensive clustering and individual clustering are analyzed, find out the contribution of each feature to the re-sults of the comprehensive clustering. To provide reference for the improvement of teaching strategy, and also pro-vide the basis for the selection of evaluation of the characteristics in the future.
