Casing failure well study and repair

Measures for casing failure prevention and treatment are proposed through study of the influence factors, shapes, law and mechanism of the failures, ie. to use rational recovery mode to reduce the occurrence of casing failure, and to control strictly the operation quality to reduce the failures due to artificial reasons. Corresponding casing repair techniques are studied and applied as per different cases. Among which, the high strength casing patch technique is especially suitable to those with higher outer casing pressure and requiring high pressure operation.
