In China,Such special economic zone as free trade zone has achieved fantastic success accompanied by the boom of free trade zone developing companies.However,China's accession to WTO attenuates favorable policies once enjoyed by free trade zone and restrains greater progress otherwise available with such favorable policies.And imminent exhaustion of resources plagues these developing companies.Thus the original land development based operation model no longer adapts to new situations,which renders requisite strategic transformation and new operation model so as to gain new core competence.
