Treatment of Periprosthetic Femoral Fracture after Hip Arthroplasty

Objective:To analyse the clinical results of the T-shape plate fixaion for unstable distal radius fractures.Method: 23 patients with AO type B and C distal radius fractures treated by T-shape plate fixaion.Result: 23 patients were followed up for an average of 8.4 months(range is 6-l2 months).According to Mcbride score standard,excellent in 14 cases;good in 7;general in 2 and fair in 1.Conclusion: It's firm to use the T-shape plate fixation in treating distal radius fractures.The patients during the convalescent periods are able to perform early exercises.
