This paper introduces urban informatization system in light of how to grasp basic conditions of urban engineering geology in the process of developing urban underground space,analyzes the application of this system in urban geologic and environmental hazard,and points out the important meaning of urban geologic and environmental system on sustainable development of city point out the important meaming of urban agologic envivonment system on the sustainable(development) of city.
