摘要
A phytochemical study of the whole plants of Polygonum aviculare L. led to the isolation of 21 compounds, including fourteen flavonoids (1–14), six phenols (15–20), and one lignan (21). The structures of these isolated compounds were identified using NMR spectroscopy (1H and 13C) by comparison with previously reported data. To the best of our knowledge, compounds 3, 7, 15–16, and 18 were reported from this plant for the first time, compound 19 has never been isolated from the genus Polygonum, and compounds 8 and 21 were only acquired from Polygonum (Polygonaceae). The chemotaxonomic significance of the isolates was also discussed.
