摘要
This paper presents an analog pulse width modulation (A‐PWM) pixel circuit for active‐matrix µLED displays with reduced PWM conversion time. Implemented using low‐temperature poly‐silicon and oxide (LTPO) thin‐film transistors (TFTs), the circuit reduces the PWM conversion time by leveraging positive feedback to increase the voltage gain of the in‐pixel comparator. The postlayout simulation results show a voltage gain of 87 dB, thus reducing the rising time and the falling time to 0.77 µs and 0.27 µs, respectively, thereby supporting 10‐bit grayscale at 120 Hz.
