Buflomedil for acute ischaemic stroke

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess whether oral or intravenous buflomedil reduces early and late case fatality or dependency of patients with acute ischaemic stroke, improves neurological functions after stroke, and is safe to administer in patients with acute ischaemic stroke compared with control.
