摘要
An integrated multifunctional microwave photonic radar implemented on a silicon on insulator (SOI) platform is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. The multiple functions such as target detection, true-time-delay-based jamming, and parameter acquisition of an unknown radar signal are seamless integrated within a single SOI chip. The adaptability of the multifunctional system not only improves operational efficiency but also ensures robust performance in dynamic and unpredictable environments, making it useful for applications in low-altitude surveillance, urban air mobility, and emerging 6G communication networks, where reliable and versatile detection capabilities are essential for ensuring safety and operational success.
