摘要
The main target items for analyzing the aluminum alloy material used in the design and manufacturing of the structure of transportation equipment include safety in operation and securing of operating life of transportation vehicles. In this study, (1) fatigue tests under constant amplitude load condition were carried out on thin plate Al2024-T3alloy, which is an aluminum alloy material applied to the structure of transportation vehicles. And (2) the purpose of the study is to analyze the fatigue test results to understand the fatigue fracture characteristics of thin plate Al2024-T3alloy. Using the stress intensity factor range (RoSIF) and the material constants , representing the fatigue fracture characteristics, the length of the growing fatigue crack can be calculated and the fatigue life can be predicted.
