摘要
Psoriasis is a kind of chronic inflammatory skin disease, and its pathogenesis is mainly related to heredity, immunity, inflammation, neoangiogenesis, keratinocyte hyperproliferation, and so on. Recent studies have indicated that neutrophils are the main source of interleukin (IL)-8, IL-17 and other cytokines in skin lesions of patients with psoriasis. Neutrophil elastase (NE), neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL), neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) and antibacterial peptide LL37 (LL37), which are synthesized and secreted by neutrophils, all play important roles in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
