摘要
Abstract The compounds, Bi4O5Cl2, Bi24O31Cl10, Bi3O4Cl, and Bi12O17Cl2 have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. H2O and mixtures of Bi2O3 and BiOCl have been used as solvent and starting materials. The crystallization field of these compounds have been revealed in the range 350 to 550°C. A structural image of Bi4O5Cl2 has been observed by a high resolution transmission electron microscope and compared with the crystal structure model. The thermal stability region of Bi4O5Cl2 has been reexamined.
