Research progress of antiviral therapy on chronic hepatitis C

In recent years, chronic hepatitis C antiviral therapy has achieved some breakthroughs both in standard care optimization and direct-acting antiviral agents. This review describes latest progresses in these two aspects and provides a prospect for new development.
