A Study on the Relationship between the Mental Worker Job Intrinsic-Extrinsic Stress and Job Satisfaction

Job stress and satisfaction are important factors influencing work behavior.The relationship between job stress and job satisfaction of knowledgeable employees is studied in this paper.The results show: (1) Intrinsic stress is high and extrinsic stress is low within the job stress system for them.(2) Job intrinsic stress shows a positive correlation with job satisfaction.(3) Job extrinsic stress shows a negative correlation with job satisfaction.
