Analysis of the contents of Imperatorin and Isoimperatorin in Radix Glehniae from different sources

Objective To compare the contents of Imperatorin and Isoimperatorin in Radix Glehniae from different sources or different lots.Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was adopted to detect the contents of Imperatorin and Isoimperatorin in Radix Glehniae,chromatography at C18(250mm×4.6mm),mobile phase at 65∶35,detection wave length at 302nm,column temperature at 25℃.Results HPLC is of excellent linearity,repetition,accuracy and absorption.Conclusion The contents of Imperatorin and Isoimperatorin in Radix Glehniae from different sources are similar,but different from different lots.
