Changeable phases signal control of traffic intersection

Compared with the traditional fuzzy control on signal control of traffic intersection, the phase order, phase time and phase combination of changeable phases signal control become more flexible, and can adapt to the real variation of traffic intersection better. The changeable phases signal control can also adapt to the signal control of traffic intersection with different forms. The result of simulation show that changeable phases signal control is better than the traditional fuzzy control, and is an efficient and practicable algorithm.2 tabs,9 figs,7 refs.
