Competitiveness Enhancing Approach of Telecom Operators Based on OaaS in the Mobile Internet Era

In the of user-oriented mobile Internet,new competitiveness connotation and extension are required by telecom operators.Based on this situation,the formative factors of telecom operators competitiveness was summarized from the perspective of competitiveness improvement,the idea of convergence development as the core competitiveness of telecom operators in the mobile Internet era was proposed,the concept of Operation as a Service(OaaS) was applied to build a new mobile Internet value chain model,and furthermore a competitiveness improvement approach for telecom operators under the new situation was put forward.
