The Research on the Development Potential of Fresh Food Cold-chain Logistics

This paper introduces the basic conception of cold-chain logistics,and through analyzing the features of China's fresh food cold-chain logistics,points out the tremendous significance of cold-chain logistics on fresh food circulation,and therefore digs the great potential of China's developing fresh food cold-chain logistics,and connecting with the current situation of China's fresh food cold-chain logistics,analyzes some existing problems,and in the light of these problems,puts forward some concrete measures for strengthening the construction of fresh food cold-chain logistics system.
