The Photoelectric Emission Effect for the Transparent ITO Thin Film

As a conductive material the transparent ITO thin film is used in a variety of the electric display devices. In the experiment we find the ITO thin film with cesium activation show a photoelectric emission effect. The paper reports the main manufacture processes and the photoelectric emission characteristics of the ITO Cs thin film. The photoelectric emission characteristics play on important role in photoelectric devices with a large area cathode, flat panel display devices and so on.
