摘要
A HPLC-MS/MS method has been developed for the determination of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium residues in canned fish. The ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium residue in the test sample is extracted with water by means of high speed homogenization. The extract is derivatized with Fe Cl3 reagent, cleaned up by chloroform and MAX anion exchange column. The residue is determined and confirmed by HPLC-MS/MS,using external standard method. The liner range is 1.0 ~50.0μg·m L-1for ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium. The correlation coefficient is 0.9922 for the ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium. The average recoveries of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium in spiked samples ranged from 80.75 ~105.40%, and the relative standard deviations is between 5.46% ~8.95% at spiked levels of 20 ~400mg·kg-1. The limit of detection is 20mg·kg-1for the ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium.
