Due to different material properties,there are significant differences in the electrical characteristics between Si C and Si MOSFET. So,Si MOSFET may not simply be replaced by Si C MOSFET. In order to grasp the working characteristics of Si C MOSFET in practical applications,this paper builds a double pulse test circuit and focuses on the analysis and summary of the on-state characteristic and switching characteristic. Experimental results can provide guide for optimized design of converters based on Si C MOSFET.
