Estimating the Bounds and Analyzing the Chaotic Characters for a 3-dimensional Chaotic Systems

A new three-dimensional chaotic system is given(brought forward) in this paper. And then,an upper bound of this chaotic system is presented by constructing the Lagrange function.At last,the numerical simulation is shown.And the figure of this chaotic system is drawn by MATLAB.
